The Deer Island Sewage Treatment Plant (flag 5) cost 3.8 billion dollars to build, making it the 17th most expensive object ever constructed. And if they for some reason run out of sewage to treat, it looks like it might be able to easily retrofit into some sort of body snatcher, pod growing farm.
