Yes...that is a father hanging his squirming kid over the edge of a subway platform. Yes...from a distance it seemed idiotically playful on the caretakers part, but as expected, the daughter appeared fairly uncomfortable with the activity, especially when he was dangling her by the feet. The whole situation lasted less than 10 seconds. Yes...apparently there is something even No Shiz wouldn't condone. Yes, there were some other people standing nearby on the platform...so I can blame them for not intervening...but, No...I didn't shout my true feelings across the platforms after he put her down :(

This situation brought up similar feelings of when do you intervene. Though the second turned out to be completely harmless.
