Woman struck by taxi. I know...I'm currently an observer. I too briefly spied the scene awaiting professional attention. Not sure why I didn't spend more time going down to it and documenting people helping people. I was especially drawn to the guy blocking the cab from possibly leaving. I wondered if he was an off duty cop...I wonder how he interacted with the cabbie...I wonder what the cabbie felt.
