Tribute to Tom

No Shiz is formally petitioning the NYPD to look into a uniform change...that is if they care about the comfort of their officers. Perhaps the NYPD Brass feels their men and women are just so darn tough, they can 'fight terrorism 1 handed'. Despite our differences we still do care about the NYPD officers' comfort here at No Shiz...can't we at least hook them up with something stylish?...like a beret or perhaps a fez.
